Beefy is a multichain yield optimizer with over $200M in TVL across 20+ chains. On Optimism & Base, Beefy currently manages active vaults across Velodrome, Curve, Uniswap and others, with Optimism & Base combined TVL exceeding $29M across active strategies. The proposed program targets liquidity provision incentives for DEX pools where both assets are present on Optimism & Base lending markets (Aave and Morpho). Beefy will deploy OP incentives on top of native emissions that surface directly in Beefy's displayed APY, driving LP deposits into the targeted pairs. How it works: OP incentives are distributed to LPs in Beefy vaults on the target pools Beefy waives their Boost campaign fees, making incentives more cost-efficient than competing platforms Beefy's auto-compounding compounds native DEX rewards, accelerating TVL growth App link: https://app.beefy.com

**Who receives incentives:** Liquidity providers through Beefy (LPs) exclusively. No trader rebates. Incentives go directly to vault depositors through Beefy's boost mechanism. **Distribution structure:** OP is distributed as a time-linear boost on top of native Velodrome rewards Beefy's boost contracts distribute OP rewards proportionally to staked mooToken balances Duration: 90 days across all pairs, with 30-day review checkpoints to reallocate toward best-performing pools **Why this design creates sustained liquidity:** Beefy's auto-compounding means LPs earn compounding returns on both native DEX fees and separately earn the extra OP rewards. This increases effective APY meaningfully above what static reward distributions offer, attracting capital from yield-seeking LPs. Beefy already manages significant sticky TVL across Velodrome, Uniswap, Aerodrome on Optimism & Base. Rather than concentrating incentives on a single pool, this program is designed to strengthen liquidity depth across 4 priority pairs simultaneously. **Anti-mercenary / anti-wash trading measures:** No incentives go to traders, LP-only rewards eliminate reward farming through self-trading 30-day reviews allow reallocation away from pools showing suspicious volume patterns Vaults harvest on deposit, preventing JIT liquidity provisioning to game rewards
