PredictAsiaX is a non-custodial software protocol that allows users to generate and participate in outcome markets associated with events from their user-based perspective. It operates as a means of information coordination and signal generation. The results of markets represent aggregated user perspectives instead of outcomes. Users always have full control over their digital assets, and PredictAsiaX does not hold any user funds. Incentives on Optimism have been introduced for the following types of user activity: 1. Market Functionality (Liquidity Provision) These incentives go to those users who provide liquidity and thus help to improve market functionalities. This includes: Improving continuity of markets Ensuring reliable functioning of markets Increasing reliability of aggregated signals 2. Market Engagement (Signal Generation) This type of incentives provides rewards for active user participation through market interaction. PredictAsiaX doesn’t have token pair pools that can be categorized as AMMs. Rather, it requires settlement asset liquidity on the Optimism network. PredictAsiaX does not offer loaning, borrowing, or collateralization features. Instead, PredictAsiaX is an information coordination protocol that facilitates participation in event-based markets without custodianship of assets. Asset Utilization Context The key assets utilized are USDC, ETH, and OP. Self-Development PredictAsiaX was independently developed by a team. There are no third-party providers offering grants-as-a-service for this particular app. Non-Custodial Design Principle The protocol will remain non-custodial. Users will always have the ownership of their digital assets, and PredictAsiaX won’t be holding user funds in any situation. Regulatory-Conscious Design Philosophy This product will function as a coordination tool for gathering data from users and turning it into market signals. It doesn’t present itself as a financial intermediary and avoids using return-based incentives as its main design principle. Open and Composable Architecture PredictAsiaX will be integrated into the Optimism ecosystem. In other words, this protocol will use the available infrastructure of the Optimism environment, including future integrations in a composable on-chain space supported by Optimism Collective. Sustainable Design Approach Incentives are focused on sustained participation rather than short-term engagement. In addition, this protocol encourages users to actively interact and stay within the system.
