Pivot Bot is a non-custodial, 1-click 5x leverage protocol on Base. We are requesting an incentive grant to fund a "Volume & Slippage Rebate Program." When a user opens or closes a leveraged position on Moonwell, Pivot Bot programmatically executes flash-loan-funded atomic swaps directly through Aerodrome V2 pools. This creates a massive 18x capital velocity multiplier. **Traders vs. LPs & Driving DEX TVL:** 100% of the OP rewards are distributed to traders (bot users), not LPs. However, this program explicitly drives incremental DEX TVL through Aerodrome's ve(3,3) flywheel. By routing extreme, automated swap volume through priority pairs, we generate massive trading fees for Aerodrome pools. Under Aerodrome's tokenomics, high-fee pools attract voter emissions, which subsequently attracts deep, organic TVL from external Liquidity Providers seeking those high APRs. Every atomic transaction perfectly maps an incentivized Aerodrome pair to a specific collateral/borrow relationship on Moonwell. **Rebate Computation (Fee/Slippage Reimbursement):** OP is NOT distributed on a flat "OP per volume" basis. Instead, rebates are computed directly from the on-chain swap fees (0.05%) and price impact (slippage) incurred by the user during the atomic loop. The grant subsidizes up to 80% of these actual incurred costs. **Anti-Wash Trading Design (Non-tx.origin):** We do not rely on the easily spoofed tx.origin. Mathematical Disincentive: Because the rebate caps at 80% of incurred swap fees/slippage, users always realize a net loss on the swap mechanics itself. Self-churning volume is mathematically unprofitable. Event Indexing: We use a Subgraph/Dune to index the exact `SupplyBorrowWithFlashLoanExecuted` and `RepayWithFlashLoanExecuted` events emitted by our verified PivotBot contracts. Our one PivotBot contract deployed per user design ensures user / msg.sender validation can be easily implemented. Time-Gating: Users must maintain the leveraged Moonwell position with a Health Factor > 1.2 for a minimum of 14 days to unlock the accumulated rebate, entirely preventing atomic flash-farming.

When a user supplies 100 USD to open a 5x leveraged position, the bot atomically pulls a 400 USD WETH Balancer 0% flash loan. It swaps the total 500 USD to the collateral asset on Aerodrome, deposits it in Moonwell, borrows 400 USD of the target asset, and swaps that back to WETH to repay the flash loan. A single 100 USD deposit instantly generates 900 USD in Aerodrome swap volume. Closing the position repeats the flash-loan loop, generating another 900 USD. Every 1 USD of TVL retained in Pivot Bot effectively drives 18 USD of cumulative DEX volume. **2. Driving Incremental DEX TVL (The ve(3,3) Flywheel)** While 100% of OP rewards are distributed directly to our traders, this program explicitly drives incremental TVL for Aerodrome Liquidity Providers. By forcing up to $13,000,000 in programmatic swap volume through these specific pools, we generate massive organic trading fees. Under Aerodrome's ve(3,3) tokenomics, high-fee pools attract greater voter emissions, which subsequently attracts deep, sticky TVL from external Liquidity Providers seeking those elevated APRs. **3. Rebate Computation & Anti-Wash Design (Non-tx.origin)** To ensure maximum capital efficiency and security, we do not distribute flat OP rewards, and we do not rely on easily spoofed tx.origin checks. Our one PivotBot contract deployed per user design makes is easy to track each user's trade volume and fees. Fee-Based Rebates: OP distributions are computed directly from the on-chain swap fees (0.05%) and price impact (slippage) incurred by the user during the atomic loop.
