Vizi (vizi.com) is an on chain credit scoring protocol that generates a consumer facing creditworthiness score from wallet activity across DeFi protocols. Our incentive program on OP Mainnet rewards users for sustained, productive DeFi participation. We would be providing liquidity on Velodrome and Uniswap, lending and borrowing on Aave and Sonne, and maintaining consistent transaction activity across the Optimism ecosystem. Users connect their wallets, receive a Vizi Score based on their on chain behavior, and earn OP rewards for improving that score through real protocol engagement. This incentivizes both liquidity provision and active trading because both directly influence a user's score. Unlike one time yield farms where capital leaves when incentives end, Vizi creates a daily engagement loop where users return to check and improve their score, the same behavior that drives 100M+ monthly active users on Credit Karma in traditional finance. The result is sticky DeFi activity that generates sustained protocol fees and TVL on OP Mainnet.

Vizi Score is a credit scoring infrastructure layer, not a liquidity protocol. We do not directly operate or incentivize specific DEX pools. Instead, Vizi reads on chain activity across all major OP Mainnet pools and protocols to generate a user's creditworthiness score. LP positions, trading volume, lending/borrowing health, and transaction consistency across pools like WETH/USDC, OP/WETH, wstETH/WETH, USDT/USDC, and others on Velodrome and Uniswap V3 all feed into the scoring model as positive behavioral signals. The result is that Vizi indirectly incentivizes liquidity provision and trading across every priority pair on Optimism because users who actively participate in DeFi on OP Mainnet receive higher scores, which unlock better rates and access when integrated lending protocols use Vizi for credit assessment. We are designed to be composable infrastructure that any DEX, lending protocol, or wallet on Optimism can plug into, rather than a standalone pool incentive program.

Vizi Score is a credit scoring infrastructure layer that sits on top of lending markets rather than operating lending pools directly. Our protocol reads borrower and lender behavior across Aave and Morpho on OP Mainnet to generate creditworthiness scores. Here is how we track alignment across the priority pairs and their lending market availability. On Aave Optimism, WETH, USDC, USDT, WBTC, wstETH, rETH, cbETH, and OP are all available as both collateral and borrowable assets. weETH is available as collateral only. These positions form the core inputs to a user's Vizi Score. We track collateral health ratios, borrow utilization, repayment consistency, and liquidation history across all supported Aave markets. On Morpho Optimism, USDC and WETH serve as primary lending and borrowing assets, with wstETH, cbETH, and weETH commonly used as collateral in isolated lending vaults. Morpho vault positions feed into the Vizi scoring model the same way, measuring how responsibly a user manages leveraged positions over time. For stablecoin pairs like USDT/USDC, EURC/USDC, and USDT0/USDC, both sides are available on Aave as supply and borrow assets, meaning users can loop stablecoin strategies that Vizi tracks as low risk, consistent activity. For volatile pairs like OP/WETH and WETH/WBTC, both assets are collateral and borrowable on Aave, allowing leveraged strategies that Vizi scores based on health factor maintenance and liquidation avoidance. The key value Vizi adds to this ecosystem is that today these lending markets treat every borrower identically regardless of history. Vizi introduces a reputation layer where users who demonstrate responsible behavior across Aave and Morpho positions over time can eventually access better terms, lower collateral requirements, and higher borrowing limits through integrated protocols on OP Mainnet.

Vizi Score is a credit scoring infrastructure layer and does not operate or custody liquidity in any trading pairs. We do not have protocol level TVL, trading volume, or volume per TVL metrics because we are not a DEX or liquidity protocol. Our product is the score itself, which reads and indexes on chain activity across existing OP Mainnet protocols. The metrics most relevant to Vizi's impact are user engagement and retention rather than TVL. Our baseline today is pre launch, meaning zero active scoring users on OP Mainnet. The success metrics we propose tracking are: number of wallets that generate a Vizi Score on Optimism, daily and weekly return rate of scored users to OP Mainnet DeFi protocols, and the change in average session frequency for wallets that hold an active Vizi Score versus wallets that do not. These engagement metrics directly correlate with the sustained protocol fee generation and sticky TVL that the Optimism Collective prioritizes over temporary capital inflows.

Incentives flow to end users who build and maintain a Vizi Score on OP Mainnet. Users earn OP rewards by consistently participating in DeFi across Optimism, including providing liquidity, lending, borrowing, and trading. Rewards are tiered based on score level, meaning users who demonstrate sustained, healthy on chain behavior over weeks and months earn more than users who show up for a single transaction. Distribution would occur weekly over a 12 week program with increasing rewards at higher score thresholds.

Vizi has no grants as a service arrangements. We are an independent team building credit scoring infrastructure for on chain finance. Vizi is chain agnostic by design, but we are committed to launching Optimism as a priority chain because of its DeFi depth, Superchain interoperability roadmap, and alignment with the kind of sustainable user behavior our scoring model rewards. All grant funds will go directly toward engineering, indexing infrastructure, and user incentive distribution on OP Mainnet. No middlemen, no subcontractors, no revenue sharing arrangements.
