Quantir proposes a priority-pair liquidity incentive and monitoring program for OP Mainnet / eligible Superchain DEX pools. The program is designed to increase DEX TVL and trading volume per TVL for selected collateral-borrow pairs that are listed in the Season 9 priority liquidity pairs. The grant will not be used as team compensation. OP incentives will be distributed directly to eligible liquidity providers and/or traders based on measurable contribution to selected priority pools. Quantir will provide the monitoring, scoring, reporting, and anti-abuse layer for the program: tracking TVL, volume, fee generation, volume-per-TVL, liquidity retention, abnormal activity, and incentive efficiency. Initial target pools will focus on high-priority, liquid, and measurable pairs on OP Mainnet. Final pool selection can be adjusted with Grants Council feedback before launch. USDC / WETH: both assets are widely used on lending markets such as Aave and Morpho. WETH is commonly used as collateral, while USDC is commonly used as a borrow asset and liquidity asset. Both may be used as collateral or borrow assets depending on the market configuration. OP / WETH: WETH is commonly used as collateral across lending markets. OP may be available in selected Superchain lending markets depending on deployment and risk parameters. This pair supports OP ecosystem liquidity and trading activity. USDT / USDC: both assets are stablecoin liquidity assets and may be available on lending markets as borrow assets, collateral assets, or liquidity assets depending on protocol configuration. WETH / wstETH: WETH and wstETH are common collateral-oriented assets in lending markets. This pair supports liquid staking and ETH collateral liquidity. USDC / wstETH: USDC is commonly used as a borrow/liquidity asset, while wstETH is commonly used as collateral. This pair supports collateral-borrow market efficiency. Final lending-market mapping will be verified before program launch and reported publicly per pair.

Baseline metrics will be captured immediately before program start using public on-chain data and DEX analytics sources. For each selected pair, Quantir will publish: Current TVL in USD 30-day average trading volume 30-day fees generated Volume per TVL Liquidity depth / pool concentration where available Baseline date and data source At application time, Quantir does not want to submit unverifiable static numbers that may become stale before the grant review is complete. The program will use a pre-launch baseline snapshot and compare it against post-incentive performance using the Season 9 formulas: Delta Pair TVL = AvgPairTVL_end - AvgPairTVL_start Delta Pair Fees = PairFees_end - PairFees_start

OP incentives will be distributed directly to users who contribute measurable, useful activity to selected priority pools. The program will primarily reward liquidity providers, with optional trader incentives only if they can be measured without encouraging wash trading. Proposed distribution: 70% of incentives to liquidity providers who maintain useful liquidity in selected priority pools over time. Rewards will favor liquidity that remains active for longer periods and contributes to meaningful depth, not one-block or short-term deposits. 20% of incentives reserved for performance-based boosts tied to net improvements in pool TVL, trading fees, and volume-per-TVL. 10% reserved for anti-abuse-adjusted participation rewards or final performance bonuses, subject to review. Anti-abuse approach: Rewards will not be based only on raw volume. The scoring model will consider liquidity retention, time-weighted participation, fee contribution, abnormal activity flags, and pool-level efficiency. Suspicious short-term liquidity, circular trading, repeated self-trading patterns, and activity that increases volume without improving useful liquidity can be excluded or discounted. Sustainability: The goal is to reward users who improve durable liquidity and fee performance in priority pairs, not mercenary extraction. Quantir will publish periodic monitoring reports showing how incentives map to TVL, fees, and volume-per-TVL changes.

Quantir is not applying as a grants-as-a-service provider for a third party. This is a Quantir-led incentive monitoring and reporting program. Quantir’s role is to provide the analytics, scoring, monitoring, and reporting infrastructure needed to make the incentive program measurable and abuse-resistant. The requested OP will be used for user incentives only, in line with Season 9 requirements. Quantir has existing infrastructure for on-chain monitoring, transaction analysis, risk scoring, alerts, API/WebSocket delivery, and explainability services. The Season 9 scope adapts this infrastructure specifically to Optimism priority liquidity pairs and the Grants Council’s TVL / fee success metrics.
