10. Project & Program Overview: **Description:** Haia is a personal Finance AI-OS designed to eliminate the steep learning curve and UX friction in DeFi for everyday users. Operating as an intent-based gateway, Haia allows users to discover and execute complex yield strategies with zero gas-abstraction complexities (users retain self-custody and sign transactions). Project URL: https://app.haia.finance/ **Program Overview: "**AI-Driven Liquidity Routing for Superchain". We propose using Haia’s AI agent as a smart funnel to direct our existing 3,000 retail users and traffic from our two B2B wallet integrations. We will incentivize Liquidity Provision (LPs) by offering an OP yield boost directly through the Haia UI, simplifying the process of entering these specific pools and supplying assets to connected lending markets.

Target Liquidity Pairs & Pools: We will target the highest priority pairs that align with the Superchain metrics, specifically routing our user liquidity to: - WETH/USDC: Aerodrome, Base, Concentrated Liquidity (Slipstream), 0.05% fee tier. - cbBTC/USDC: Aerodrome, Base, Concentrated Liquidity (Slipstream), 0.05% fee tier. - OP/WETH: Uniswap v3, OP Mainnet, Concentrated Liquidity, 0.3% fee tier. - wstETH/WETH: Uniswap v3, OP Mainnet, Concentrated Liquidity, 0.01% fee tier.
12. Lending Market Alignment: ll selected assets are fully integrated and heavily utilized on lending markets across the Superchain: - WETH & USDC: Available on Aave v3 (Base/OP) and Morpho. Both are widely used as premier collateral and primary borrow assets. - cbBTC: Available on Aave v3 (Base) and Morpho as a high-quality collateral asset to borrow stablecoins (USDC). - OP & wstETH: Available on Aave v3 (OP Mainnet). wstETH is used as yield-bearing collateral to borrow WETH or stablecoins, while OP is used both as collateral and a borrow asset for governance/staking strategies.

Incentive Design: The incentive structure is designed to promote sticky liquidity and protect against mercenary capital. **Who receives incentives:** Liquidity Providers (LPs). **Mechanism:** Users providing liquidity to the targeted pairs via the Haia UI will receive a proportional OP yield boost. The AI agent will highlight these boosted strategies to the users. **Anti-Sybil/Wash Trading Protection**: To prevent short-term extraction, OP rewards will be subject to a strict 7-day minimum position hold. If a user withdraws liquidity before the 7-day epoch ends, they forfeit the OP rewards for that period. This ensures sustained TVL growth rather than brief, incentivized spikes. The distribution will occur bi-weekly over a 12-week period.

Completion Criteria:
**Product Update:** A public link to the Haia platform (and associated announcement) demonstrating the live OP yield-boost UI/UX specifically for the targeted Base and OP Mainnet pools. **On-chain Verification**: Delivery of a public analytics dashboard (e.g., Dune Analytics) tracking wallet addresses and transaction hashes routed through Haia’s interface into the targeted Aerodrome and Uniswap v3 pool etc **Metric Achievement:** The dashboard must clearly demonstrate that the routed TVL has reached a minimum of $100,000 and has been sustained at or above this level for 14 consecutive days.

**TVL Metric**: The previously established public analytics dashboard showing that the cumulative active TVL routed and held in the targeted pools via Haia has successfully reached or exceeded $250,000. **Volume Metric: **On-chain data on the dashboard proving that cumulative trading volume (swaps for entering, exiting, and rebalancing the targeted LP positions via the Haia agent) has reached at least $500,000. **Grant Wrap-up Report**: A concise public report published on our blog/forum detailing the campaign's success, including the number of unique participating wallets, the effectiveness of the 7-day retention mechanic, and the overall impact on the Superchain DEX liquidity.
17. Additional information you consider relevant: Haia is already a live, functional, and revenue-generating product ($1k MRR) proving our ability to execute. Our unfair advantage in user acquisition lies in our B2B strategy: we currently have deep integrations with two crypto wallets. This allows us to push the Optimism-incentivized strategies directly to wallet users who might otherwise be intimidated by standard DEX/Lending interfaces. By acting as a B2B2C abstraction layer, Haia serves as a direct pipeline for fresh retail liquidity into the Superchain ecosystem. In 1.5 month we reach 650+ mau, get 2 B2B clients
